  As stated in other comments, if the arm touch ANYTHING (mirror) it stops everything and your must exit......without getting your wash. Dummy me drove back around a tried it again!!!!
  Lost $16 dollars.....no wash.
  The only number to be found for Wiz Wash is on the web.....and it is disconnect...I want my money back.
  
  The only reason I can think they don't post their phone number is because there tied of all the complaints.
